Cooking & Usage

Creamy soup: sear the head briefly, add hot water and simmer until the broth turns milky white, then drop in the fish balls and tofu. Chopped-chili steam: spread the included sauce evenly over the head, steam until fully cooked and serve hot. Always cook fish through before eating.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and cook immediately once defrosted.
